WOA (Women of Ascension) - All women are invited to participate in the Women's Ministry of Ascension! Ladies Nights out, Saturday breakfasts, field trips, and women's retreat are offered for socialization and support. MOA (Men of Ascension) - All men of all ages are invited to attend this quarterly gathering of men for breakfast and discussion. (Location: Ascension House.) This group also takes a yearly retreat in October with a guest facilitator to lead the retreat.

Weekly Coffee Hour after the 10:00am service, offers time for social interaction, fellowship, and catching up with old friends and greeting visitors and new comers.

International Dinner! In October of each year, Ascension hosts our annual International dinner. This evening is a special time of sharing our different cultural and ethnic foods as a meal. Dancing also is a fun addition! Each year offers a different theme!

Afternoon Tea!  Ascension on select dates offers an afternoon tea. A delightful gathering for wonderful food, a pleasant atmosphere, and entertainment.

Mardi Gras! The weekend before Ash Wednesday Ascension holds its annual Mardi Gras celebration which includes dinner, silent, and live auction!

Cabaret! Offered on select dates, the choir puts on a night of Cabaret, featuring fine dining by a local executive chef, wonderful entertainment, and an atmosphere rivaling the cafes of Paris!

Spaghetti Dinner/Talent Night! Offered on select dates, a coffee house experience where Italian food is served and people are invited to share their gifts of music, poetry, dramatic reading, singing, art, drawing, etc.
